SMT Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SMT Senior Manager to lead and optimise our large‑scale PCBA manufacturing operation. You will oversee AI, SMT and MI production lines, managing more than 200 employees across 27 production lines in Ha Nam.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of SMT, AI and MI production lines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield, reduce waste and enhance product quality.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and operators, ensuring safety and compliance with ISO standards.
• Manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from prototype to full‑scale production.
• Implement Lean, Kaizen and 6S methodologies to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on management experience in SMT/PCBA production.
• Proven track record of leading large teams in an EMS environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO systems and yield improvement techniques.
