Solution Manager – Green Factory Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Manager to drive the development, commercialization and execution of Green Factory and Smart Manufacturing solutions across Southeast Asia. The role will own the full solution lifecycle, from market analysis to continuous improvement, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Green Factory solutions for manufacturing sites.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape solution strategy.
• Engage customers to define requirements and present tailored solution architectures.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee project governance, ensuring timely and on‑budget execution.
• Coordinate system integration activities with engineering and technology partners.
• Drive continuous improvement of solutions based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Energy, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in facility/energy management, ESG or carbon‑emission projects.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in solution design, system integration or project management.
