Spare Part Planning Intern

About the role

Join Bosch's High‑Tech Production plant as a Spare Part Planning Intern and support the supply‑chain team in managing spare‑part data and processes. You will work closely with engineers, purchasing and logistics colleagues to ensure the right parts are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Track purchase orders, delivery dates, spare‑part demand and price fluctuations.
• Build and maintain a database platform for the spare‑part supply chain using tools such as Excel, Assess and Power BI.
• Assist engineers, the purchasing team and the logistics team in entering and using spare‑part data to improve the management system.
• Support planners and engineers in monitoring repairable spare parts.
• Prepare reports and instructions based on guidelines from planners or engineers.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program majoring in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related technical/commercial field.
• Proactive and cooperative attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Assess.
• Experience using Power BI.
