Strategic Communication and Campaign Lead

About the role

NTU International A/S, an international consulting firm providing project management and technical advisory services, is recruiting a Key Expert – Team Leader / Full-time Strategic Communication and Campaign Lead for an EU-funded project, "EU - Strategic Communication in Vietnam". The project aims to position the European Union as a strategic, reliable and long-term partner of Vietnam among key target audiences and partners, through strategic communication, public relations, awareness campaigns and audience-focused approaches. The role provides overall leadership, strategic direction, coordination and quality assurance for the project's communication and campaign activities. It is a full-time, on-site position in Hanoi starting around 1 January 2027, for a 36-month period.

Required profile

• Master's degree in communication, advertising, marketing, public relations, media, journalism or a directly related discipline; or a university degree in such fields plus at least five years of additional relevant professional experience.
• C1 level English in speaking and writing.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience managing marketing or communication contracts, coordinating public relations and supervising teams of marketing or communication experts.
• At least 8 years of experience developing marketing concepts, communication strategies or dissemination plans, implementing awareness campaigns, creating audio-visual products and working with artists, KOLs or influencers.
• Proven marketing or communication experience in Vietnam is mandatory.
