About the role

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our design team in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on industrial and factory projects. The role covers the full design process from concept through construction, ensuring safe, efficient and practical structural solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop structural designs from initial concept to detailed construction documents.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP and other engineering disciplines to integrate solutions.
Perform structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000.
Prepare BIM models and Revit Structure drawings.
Review and ensure compliance with local and international design codes.
For senior engineers, lead design coordination and make technical decisions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in structural design, preferably on industrial or factory projects.
Strong knowledge of design codes such as TCVN, ACI, AISC or Eurocode.
