About the role
The Student Recruitment Executive will drive targeted recruitment initiatives to attract qualified candidates for a range of college programmes. Working from our Hanoi campus, you will manage prospect databases, conduct outreach, and support prospective students through the admissions journey.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aimed at specific student segments.
- Maintain and update prospect accounts and databases for future sales opportunities.
- Follow up leads promptly via phone calls, emails, and in‑person visits.
- Deliver presentations and consultations to potential students and their families.
- Record all interactions in the CRM system and keep lead data accurate.
Required profile
- College or university graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment or sales, preferably in education.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
