Supply Chain Planner

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner will own end‑to‑end operational planning, linking demand forecasting, supply fulfillment and inventory optimisation for Bosch Home Appliances Vietnam. Working closely with Commercial, Regional Supply Chain and Logistics teams, the role aims to maximise stock availability while reducing operational costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts and support the S&OP process.
• Create supply plans that balance production capacity, supplier lead times and inventory targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimise stock across the network.
• Collaborate with commercial and logistics functions to resolve gaps and drive consensus on supply decisions.
• Analyse performance data and generate reports for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in demand/supply planning, inventory management or S&OP coordination.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate analytical insights.
