Supply Chain Planner – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

The Supply Chain Planner (Source) will support the Mobility Aftermarket Division by ensuring smooth purchase order execution and optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with demand planners, suppliers and internal teams to balance supply and demand while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders and manage supply exceptions.
• Optimize inventory to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Monitor inventory flow, handle delivery escalations and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Demand Planner to validate demand and supply data.
• Negotiate with internal and external suppliers and track delivery performance.
• Analyze and maintain key planning parameters and master data reporting.
• Perform document checks to ensure correct customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics or transportation.
• Strong organizational skills, self‑driven attitude and customer focus.
• Effective communication and ability to work across multicultural teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP tools).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Power BI or other data‑visualisation/automation tools.
