About the role
The Supply Planning Supervisor is responsible for creating, monitoring, and adjusting production schedules to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes in the food & beverage sector. The role balances inventory levels with customer demand while minimizing waste and upholding food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with capacity constraints.
- Optimize production capacity to meet demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor real‑time production performance and adjust plans as needed.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, or Foreign Trade.
- 4‑5+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning.
- Advanced knowledge of demand planning; basic finance knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
