Tax & Regulatory Senior Manager

About the role

The Tax & Regulatory Senior Manager will lead the Group’s tax strategy, planning, governance and risk control across all entities of the CCI‑Betrimex Group. This senior position ensures that tax positions are well‑planned, fully documented and compliant with both local and international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s overall tax strategy and planning framework.
• Oversee tax governance, ensuring policies and procedures are up‑to‑date and consistently applied.
• Monitor and manage tax risk across all subsidiaries, providing timely mitigation recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and compliant tax reporting in accordance with Vietnamese law and relevant international standards.
• Coordinate with finance, legal and business units to align tax positions with corporate objectives.
• Lead tax audits and liaise with tax authorities and external advisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA Vietnam, ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW, CTA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive corporate taxation experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or regional/group tax role.
• Experience in a Big 4 tax/audit firm or a multinational group tax function.
