Team Leader – Facility Management (Vietnamese Only)

About the role

Damen is looking for a Vietnamese‑speaking Team Leader to oversee facility maintenance activities in Hai Phong. You will plan, execute and control preventive and corrective maintenance projects while ensuring high quality and low cost.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans, schedules and resource allocation.
• Supervise contractors, suppliers and internal engineers to ensure proper execution of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor man‑hours, material usage and expenses to keep projects within budget.
• Apply the Group’s online management system for tracking work orders and performance.
• Submit improvement proposals to senior leaders to enhance maintenance resources.

Required profile

• B.A. diploma in a technical field.
• Several years of relevant experience in maintenance management.
• Strong decision‑making, control and problem‑identification abilities.
