Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the development and production transfer of high‑precision assemblies for our semiconductor and optics business in Vietnam. The role will bridge the Optical Solutions engineering team in the United States with the Engineered Ceramics R&D team based locally, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all local project activities, from concept through industrialisation and production launch.
• Maintain effective communication between the US engineering team and Vietnamese R&D and manufacturing groups.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and semiconductor quality requirements.
• Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and oversee the hand‑over to full‑scale manufacturing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, mechatronics, optics, materials engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum six years of experience in engineering project management, product development, manufacturing or NPI.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross‑functional and international engineering projects.
• Experience guiding products from development through industrialisation and production.
