Technical Service Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Service Manager to lead our nationwide technical service operations for health‑care equipment. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will report to the Head of the Technical Department and be responsible for ensuring high‑quality installation, maintenance, warranty, repair and spare‑parts services across Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all technical service activities, including installation, preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Manage the spare‑parts inventory and ensure timely availability for field teams.
• Oversee warranty handling and after‑sales support to meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, reporting performance to senior management.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a multi‑disciplinary technical team across multiple locations.
• Implement and maintain ERP (Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office tools for service tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service or after‑sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
