About the role
The Technical Support & Project Engineer will act as the bridge between customers and the engineering team, translating client needs into practical technical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with the sales department and business partners to ensure proposals meet both technical and commercial expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to capture detailed requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and business partners throughout the quotation and project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support during project implementation and after‑sales service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic‑Electrical Engineering, Controls/Instrument Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering concepts.
