About the role
The Total Quality Engineer will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality plans, programs, procedures and systems. Using statistical analysis, lean manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma tools, the role ensures that product and process quality meet the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve quality plans, programs, procedures and systems.
- Apply statistical analyses, lean manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma tools to drive quality improvements.
- Review, analyze and report on quality system and process discrepancies.
- Develop and implement best‑practice standards for process standardisation and excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Quality, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Certified Quality Analyst or Auditor preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in printing (fabric) or packaging industries.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
