Track & Trace Project Support Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Track & Trace Project Support Intern to join our logistics team in Thu Duc City. The role will support shipment monitoring, data consolidation, and project activities while gaining hands‑on experience with Power BI and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily shipment status and update tracking information for the Power BI dashboard.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by cross‑checking invoice numbers with Logistics Service Providers.
• Communicate cargo milestone updates with planning teams and address tracking issues.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and Excel files to produce status reports for planners.
• Maintain and refresh Excel tracking files on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Support project events and customer engagements, including preparing presentation materials and on‑site visits.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time in the 3rd or final year of a Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade or related degree.
• Must retain full‑time student status throughout the 6‑month internship.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn.
