Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will support the Consumer Business unit for Anlene and Anmum brands in Vietnam, driving the expected return to growth of around 9% per year. This role is essential for achieving sales, market share, penetration and distribution targets, and for contributing to the unit’s ambitious financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade‑marketing strategies across modern trade, general trade and e‑commerce channels.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, sales data and competitor activities to adjust tactics.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and brand teams to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
• Lead and motivate the trade‑marketing team to meet performance objectives.
• Report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in business management or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of trade marketing in modern trade, general trade and e‑commerce.
• Proven leadership abilities and solid understanding of FMCG sales.
