About the role

ABAHA is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to drive B2B business development for its SaaS e‑commerce platform. You will lead a young, energetic team, work closely with senior management, and help expand the product globally.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, negotiate, close sales and handle objections with B2B customers.
• Identify and approach potential clients, develop relationships and grow the customer base.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities together with leadership and produce regular performance reports.
• Execute orders using the company’s CRM system, ensuring service delivery and managing customer feedback.
• Motivate, train and support the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a comparable sales/customer‑service role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to maintain client relationships, organise work and manage time effectively.
• Responsible attitude, eagerness to learn and potential for growth.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and IT/software solutions.
