Trưởng Phòng Hành Chính Nhân Sự Công ty : Premium Fashion International Investment Limited Địa điểm : Nghe An Cấp bậc : Trưởng phòng Lương : From $ 1,000 /month Kỹ năng : Quản Lý Nhân Sự, Luật Lao Động, Tiếng Trung, Chiến Lược Tuyển Dụng, Hành Chính Tổng Hợp Mô tả: MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:• Quản lý, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động của Phòng Hành chính – Nhân sự.• Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược nhân sự phù hợp với định hướng phát triển của công ty.• Quản lý công tác tuyển dụng, đào tạo, đánh giá, tiền lương – thưởng, chế độ... Yêu cầu: YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên.• Thành thạo tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh.• Có tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng/Phó phòng Hành chính – Nhân sự, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực sản xuất – dệt may.• Am hiểu Luật Lao động, Bảo hiểm xã hội...
