Designed for fresh graduates and early‑career professionals, the program offers hands‑on experience across the company's diverse retail operations, combining cross‑functional rotations, strategic projects, and executive mentorship to fast‑track future retail leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in multiple cross‑functional rotations across retail stores, supply chain, marketing and finance.
• Lead and contribute to strategic business projects that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior executives and receive one‑on‑one mentorship.
• Apply analytical insights to solve real‑world retail challenges.
• Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or professional with less than three years of experience.
• Passionate about the retail industry and eager to grow.
• Strong analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and learning agility.
• Customer‑oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English.
