Warehouse Assistant Manager (3PL)

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant Manager (3PL) will support daily warehouse operations at LF Logistics in Binh Duong, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound and returns processes while meeting service level agreements and customer delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all daily warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, returns) to guarantee smooth operations, system accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, guidance and supervision to warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs, work instructions, quality standards and productivity targets.
• Interact with customers to understand business requirements, order profiles and peak volume periods, translating needs into operational plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate warehouse management system data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred professional certifications).
• 3–4 years of experience in contract logistics or distribution centre operations (3PL).
• Proven ability to manage sizable teams and drive results.
• Analytical, strategic thinking with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, detail‑focused and committed to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
