About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City. The primary goal is to ensure peak efficiency while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, organize, direct and train warehouse staff, establishing and monitoring operational goals.
- Develop and optimise warehouse systems, including product handling, storage requirements, equipment utilisation, inventory management, gate processes and shipping.
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve processes and manage performance metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing warehouse operations.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proven negotiation and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Good command of English.
