Warehouse – Process & System Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Process & Systems Engineer to optimise warehouse operations at our Dau Giay facility. The role will drive continuous improvement, upgrade processes and systems, and monitor daily performance to boost productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse improvement projects, from planning to implementation and hand‑over.
• Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose redesigns using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Upgrade and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related data‑warehouse tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators daily, generate reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, industrial engineering or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects.

Required skills

• Lean and Six Sigma continuous‑improvement tools.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI for reporting.
