Budget Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a Budget Controller to join Bosch Group’s finance team in Long Thanh, Dong Nai. The role will support the plant’s financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities, ensuring accurate cost control and compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing processes for products and inter‑company services.
• Oversee asset investment management and central charge allocations.
• Partner with commercial units on monthly budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, current forecast and year‑end reports.
• Lead finance and controlling projects for the team and individual contributors.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Economics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar finance controlling role within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical and time‑management abilities.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential data.

Required skills

• Financial software: SAP, IBM, HFM, Oracle.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and IFRS reporting.
