Cross-Border Ecommerce Logistic Sales Team Leader

About the role

The Cross‑Border Ecommerce Logistic Sales Team Leader will drive the growth of our international ecommerce operations, shaping strategy and leading a high‑performing sales team. This position reports to senior management and is based at our Ho Chi Minh City office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the cross‑border ecommerce business.
• Own key performance indicators such as sales revenue, profit, ROI and overall business results.
• Define product development plans aligned with the company’s portfolio and target markets.
• Build, coach and lead a dedicated cross‑border ecommerce sales team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to adjust tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, E‑commerce, International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross‑border ecommerce, with at least 2 years in a team‑leadership role.
• Proven track record of establishing a cross‑border ecommerce business or team from the ground up (0‑to‑1).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
