About the role

This full‑time position supports gaming platform users in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on handling inquiries about bonuses, promotions and account issues, requiring fluent Chinese and good English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to player questions via live chat, phone and social media, guiding them on bonus rules and eligibility.
• Record feedback, resolve bonus discrepancies, and escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
• Assist with account matters such as login problems, deposits, withdrawals and bonus status.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, helping customers participate and maximize benefits.
• Document interactions accurately and monitor satisfaction to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Chinese speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented mindset capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
