职位概况

负责在集团内部开发并实施EHS管理系统，统筹管理下属生产工厂的安全、环境与职业健康事务，确保符合客户及监管机构的合规要求。

主要职责

在集团范围内规划、建设并推广EHS管理体系。
针对不同客户或监管机构处理合规事务，确保各工厂符合相关法规。
组织开展安全、环境及职业健康的检查、评估与改进。
制定并落实EHS培训计划，提升员工安全意识。

任职要求

工程类专业大学本科及以上学历。
至少5年安全、环境或职业健康管理经验，其中2年以上团队管理经验。
专业方向包括安全工程、环境工程、职业工程、机械工程或电气工程等。

必备技能

熟悉ISO 45001职业健康安全管理体系。
