Application Project Manager (Japanese Speaking)

About the role

The Application Project Manager will lead minor engineering change projects, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality targets are met. Acting as the main interface between OEM customers and Bosch operating units, the role supports technical implementation and customer sample delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define top‑level schedules and assure achievement of targets for minor changes.
• Execute engineering change requests and manage the change process after SOP on behalf of the commercial manager.
• Coordinate and administrate minor‑change teams, including cost estimation, budget control and resource planning.
• Ensure customer sample quality and timely delivery, providing administrative project support across plants and the project team.

Required profile

• Experience handling a complete project development cycle and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of engineering change management processes and basic understanding of quality management standards.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with ability to work with intercultural teams.
