About the role

Schindler Vietnam is seeking an energetic Elevator Sales Executive to drive growth in the small‑project segment. The role focuses on generating new business for elevators and escalators across a variety of building types.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop sales opportunities in small‑project markets such as villas, shophouses, hotels, office buildings and apartments for elevators and escalators.
Collaborate weekly with the Sales Manager to track bid opportunities, prepare proposals and meet target quotas for assigned geographic areas.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or a commercial field.
1‑3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in elevator, escalator or related construction equipment.
Strong customer‑needs analysis, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, result‑driven and resilient.
