IT Business Partner & Location Lead

About the role

The IT Business Partner & Location Lead will act as the primary IT interface for Bosch’s local business units in Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring that technology supports and drives business objectives. This role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on operational responsibility for workplace IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, department heads and management teams, translating business needs into scalable IT solutions.
• Coordinate with Bosch Digital regional teams, vendors and external partners to align local requirements with global standards and road‑maps.
• Lead IT governance reviews, service steering meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Own end‑to‑end IT operations and service delivery for the assigned location, ensuring stability, security and high‑quality workplace services.
• Manage incident, request, escalation, problem and change processes in line with ITIL practices and enterprise SLAs.
• Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, risk and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and automation.
• Oversee lifecycle management of IT assets, workplace devices and local applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT partnership and stakeholder management within a large, multi‑national organization.
• Demonstrated ability to own and improve end‑to‑end IT operations and service delivery.
• Familiarity with IT governance, service steering and alignment to global IT standards.
• Strong communication skills to promote IT as a strategic business enabler.
