IT Quality Assistant

About the role

The IT Quality Assistant will support Bosch Global Software Technologies in defining and maintaining quality standards for IT products, services and solutions. You will work closely with project teams to tailor quality frameworks, manage risks and ensure continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to identify quality requirements and set quality targets for IT products/services.
• Design and adapt an efficient quality framework that fits project needs and supports ongoing development.
• Define risk‑management approaches for IT solutions and create a comprehensive quality assurance plan.
• Assist in problem‑solving activities (e.g., 8D reports) and drive continuous improvement processes.
• Monitor compliance with IT processes, perform spot checks, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Act as moderator for Release Gates and Quality Gates to verify that release criteria are met.
• Report quality metrics as defined in the assurance plan to provide transparency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in software process quality.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with software testing and code review is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
