Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate operations, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and deliver actionable advice on corporate, commercial, IP, and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, negotiate and revise contracts, agreements, internal policies, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with applicable laws and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to provide timely legal guidance and risk mitigation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on necessary adjustments to company practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher; a valid practicing lawyer certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
