Legal Officer – Corporate & Contract Law

About the role

As a Legal Officer you will support the company’s legal affairs and ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will provide practical legal advice, review and prepare legal documents, monitor regulatory developments and identify potential legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear and practical legal advice to management and internal departments.
• Draft, review and finalize contracts, agreements and related legal documents.
• Monitor legislation, regulations and judicial decisions to keep the company informed of changes.
• Assess legal risks of new laws and regulations and recommend actions.
• Negotiate and communicate with regulators, public authorities and external counsel.
• Support complex legal matters involving multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare legal reports and documentation as assigned.
• Represent or support the company in litigation and coordinate with external lawyers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, professional‑services firm, or project‑development/construction environment.
• International business experience, especially in import‑export or foreign direct investment, is preferred.
• Strong command of English for professional communication and legal documentation.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
