About the role
Ensure that all business activities of De Heus are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations, while proactively identifying, managing, and minimizing legal risks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts for the Management Board and relevant departments.
- Prepare applications and dossiers to obtain necessary certificates for business activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 3–5 years of in‑house legal experience.
- Strong experience in contract review and legal operations.
- Prefer experience in the agriculture or manufacturing sector.
- Hard‑working, enthusiastic and truthful.
- Ability to analyze, think logically and present effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with effective time management.
