About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead data‑driven consulting engagements across multiple industries. You will shape client strategies, drive test‑and‑learn experiments and deliver analytics‑focused recommendations that help customers grow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own client strategies for consulting, test‑and‑learn and data‑analytics projects.
• Lead end‑to‑end engagements, generate hypotheses and structure analyses to solve client problems.
• Guide delivery teams, synthesize findings into clear recommendations and present impactful storylines.
• Build strong relationships with senior client executives and assess cultural and risk factors.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to Mastercard’s knowledge‑management practices.
