Medical Representative – Pharmacy Chain (Southern Vietnam)

About the role

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the Medical Representative will manage pharmacy‑chain accounts across Southern Vietnam. The role involves regular travel within the territory and occasional trips to other provinces to support pharmacist training, product launches and company events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans for assigned pharmacy chains (FPT Long Chau, Pharmacity, An Khang, Trung Sơn, MedX).
• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Develop a network of existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting Servier products.
• Act as product expert and key contact, ensuring product availability for patients.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaign performance.
• Report competitor activity and market changes to enable responsive strategies.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and accurate data in the customer database.
• Collaborate with co‑promotion colleagues and cross‑functional teams to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Pharmacy or Doctorate background.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar medical representative role at a multinational company.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, business‑driven attitude with a passion for healthcare.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity and compliance.
