About the role

The Hospital Area Manager will be responsible for achieving business results in Ho Chi Minh City by developing the assigned territory and leading the field force team. This role focuses on expanding market presence, enhancing product expertise, and supporting company growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Territory Management – analyse business results, customers, markets and competitors to build action plans.
• Product Expertise – develop and study the company’s product portfolio to increase expertise.
• People and Team Development – coach team members through field calls and lead according to Servier values.
• Company Projects – contribute to, organize and participate in events and projects that support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or a Doctorate.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Good business acumen to identify drivers and assess ROI.
• High level of product and medical knowledge.
