Key Account Activation Specialist - Vaccines (Da Nang)

About the role

Execute compliant center activation to enhance disease awareness, healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, and patient pathway support across assigned centers. Deliver approved educational activities, secure necessary approvals, and maintain operational discipline for vaccine and cold‑chain portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Secure center‑level permissions for visits, detailing, and educational events, and maintain approval records.
• Deliver approved HCP detailing, patient education, and on‑ground activations according to the SAM plan, tracking attendance and engagement metrics.
• Implement marketing/medical initiatives at the center level, capture outcomes, and submit campaign execution reports.
• Partner with center directors to monitor stock signals, replenishment cycles, and temperature excursions, escalating risks per SOPs.
• Capture center/HCP feedback, operational issues, and competitive signals; provide weekly/monthly field reports with insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SIP requirements, and local pharma codes; submit accurate SIP documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, nursing, public health, life sciences or related field.
• 2–4+ years experience in healthcare field operations, key account support, or medical/marketing activation.
• Experience with vaccines and cold‑chain processes preferred.
• Familiarity with P&T/formulary processes and tender/PO workflows is a plus.
• Strong compliance mindset and knowledge of SIP and local pharma code.
