Strategic Hospital Management Manager

About the role

The Strategic Hospital Management Manager (SHM Manager) supports the Strategic Hospital Management Lead by turning partnership plans into concrete actions, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high‑quality execution across prioritized hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hospital partnership plans, translating strategic priorities into clear action plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation across Account Management, Business Units, Medical, GCTO and other cross‑functional teams, ensuring compliance and on‑time delivery.
• Support day‑to‑day engagement with hospital stakeholders, prepare joint activities, capture feedback and maintain professional continuity.
• Act as operational integrator, preparing execution briefs, tracking milestones, following up on actions and organizing task‑force meetings.
• Track execution KPIs, prepare dashboards and regular updates for the partnership plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical field; a commercial degree is a plus.
• 2‑3 years of marketing experience, including campaign execution and building customer relationships.
• Proven ability to work across boundaries, manage projects, communicate effectively and solve problems.
• Strong negotiation, business and financial acumen, and strategic thinking.
