About the role

VSIP Hai Phong, a key hub of the Vietnam‑Singapore Industrial Park, is expanding its legal department. The Legal Officer will support the company in safeguarding its interests, ensuring compliance, and managing legal matters across its industrial and service projects in Hai Phong and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to the park’s operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal teams on compliance requirements.
• Handle claims, disputes, and negotiations with partners, tenants, and authorities.
• Support the legal team in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain legal files and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Law (preferably from a recognized Vietnamese law faculty with good academic standing).
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese commercial and civil law.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is an advantage.
