Plant Controller - Finance Manager

About the role

Our client, a global precision manufacturing company operating in 12 countries, is seeking a Plant Controller to lead finance operations at its plant in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The role will ensure robust financial control, accurate costing, and strategic financial planning to support the manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance activities of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end close.
• Manage cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis for metal‑stamping and tooling operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and local regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance dashboards to senior management.
• Lead the FP&A function, providing commercial finance insights to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate audits and drive continuous improvement of finance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA is a plus.
• 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager or Plant Controller role.
• Proven experience in finance control within a large manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global setting.
