Accounts Payable & Mobile Travel Expense Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Mobile Travel Expense (AP & MTE) Accountant to join our shared‑services centre in Hai Phong. The role combines vendor invoice processing, payment execution and employee expense management, acting as a primary contact for vendors, employees and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.
• Support month‑end closing activities, including accruals and AP reconciliations.
• Assist employees with expense claims, reimbursements, corporate credit‑card administration and system access requests.
• Maintain MXP master data, configure system settings and support onboarding of new entities.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, support audit and tax documentation, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, month‑end closing and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or expense‑management systems such as SAP, MXP or Concur.
