Production Maintenance Internship – Bosch HcP

About the role

Join Bosch HcP as a Production Maintenance Intern and support the engineering team in a high‑tech manufacturing environment. You will gain hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and workplace organization over a six‑month full‑time internship.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineers in troubleshooting and problem‑solving activities.
• Assist the engineering team in monitoring and improving department KPIs/KPRs.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) and system optimisation initiatives.
• Update, revise, and maintain work instructions and related documentation.
• Act as the department’s 5S coordinator to ensure workplace organisation standards.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Industrial Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Commitment to a full‑time, 6‑month internship.
• Good English‑Vietnamese communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Well‑organised, reliable, proactive, highly disciplined and patient.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
