Property Management cum Leasing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Property Management cum Leasing Manager to lead the operations of our commercial and office properties in Ho Chi Minh City. The role combines strategic oversight of property performance with hands‑on leasing activities to ensure optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including budgeting, maintenance, repairs and tenant relations.
• Ensure smooth daily experience for residents, tenants and visitors.
• Supervise, train and monitor staff across customer service, technical, administrative functions and manage outsourced suppliers such as security, cleaning and system maintenance.
• Minimize liabilities by implementing safety protocols and preventing criminal activity, injuries and fire hazards.
• Drive commercial and office space leasing, negotiate contracts and manage lease administration.

Required profile

• BA or MBA in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or leasing.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong managerial abilities with proven leadership, motivation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of customer service and conflict resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills.
