QA Manager / Quality Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance activities for textile and garment production, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee quality execution of orders from production through shipment, maintaining on‑time delivery.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve quality control processes, procedures and policies.
• Monitor and analyse quality data, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits and root‑cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and customer teams to align quality expectations.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of management experience in QA/QC for textiles or garments.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical mindset with proven data‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality control standards, especially for outerwear and jackets destined for US customers such as Nike.
