Quality Assurance Intern – Power BI

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Intern to support our Quality Audit and Metric teams in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on coordinating audit activities, assisting with internal trainings, and helping to build data‑driven quality dashboards using Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to plan and schedule quality audits.
• Support OPL follow‑up and prepare audit status reports.
• Provide administrative assistance for internal training sessions, including venue checks and material preparation.
• Collect data from project teams for the monthly quality status report.
• Consolidate and analyse project data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development and automation of quality dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Quality Audit & Metric team.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences or a related field.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp.
• Availability full‑time or at least four days per week.
• Logical, proactive mindset with a strong interest in data‑driven improvement.
• Good English communication skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Understanding of quality concepts and ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualisation.
