Quality Management System & Method Intern

About the role

Join Bosch HcP as a Quality Management System & Method Intern, supporting the digital transformation of quality documentation and assisting with various QMS initiatives. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in digitising and organising quality management documentation and records according to Bosch directives.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools for the QMS, including the HcP Process Compass.
• Help coordinate QMM events such as team‑building activities and special celebrations.
• Follow up on Q‑method topics, including internal/external audits, process changes, KPI updates, and quarterly reviews.
• Contribute to workshops on projects like Q‑mindset, Preventive Quality, and PSD.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Industrial Management, Quality Management, Economics or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• Basic video‑making or design skills.
• Familiarity with digital documentation solutions (a plus).
