Sales Manager - Footwear Materials

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our footwear materials sales team and manage key B2B customers. The role works closely with Production, Development and Lab teams to meet international customer requirements, resolve commercial and technical issues, and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage relationships with key footwear material customers.
• Coordinate with Production, Development and Lab to deliver customer specifications.
• Identify and resolve commercial and technical challenges.
• Support the expansion of the business with international footwear brands.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, foreign trade, marketing or a related field.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Extensive computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly motivated, aggressive self‑starter.
• Deep product knowledge of the footwear industry and materials.
• Preferably experienced in the Development department of a footwear factory.
• Nationality: Korean or Vietnamese.
