Senior SAP SD Consultant – Joining Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead end‑to‑end SAP Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) implementations on S/4HANA for Bosch Group in Ha Noi. The role includes a joining bonus for candidates who start between 1 July 2026 and 31 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP O2C S/4HANA module implementations and rollout projects across multiple plants.
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements, then translate them into functional specifications.
• Identify gaps between the standard template and local processes, and propose improvements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users on SAP O2C functionalities and Bosch best practices.
• Integrate SAP O2C with MM, FI, and WM/EWM modules to ensure data consistency.
• Coordinate with design‑build teams to define migration scope, field mapping and transformation rules.
• Validate sample and mass data uploads (sales orders, pricing conditions, invoices, master data).
• Support testing phases (integration, UAT) and manage defect resolution.
• Execute cut‑over activities and ensure smooth go‑live.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior SAP SD consultant on S/4HANA projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to document and optimise business processes.
• Excellent communication skills to lead workshops and train end users.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple rollout sites.
