Tele-Marketing cum Sales Administrator

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator who will also act as a Tele‑marketing Executive. In this dual role you will support the sales department with essential administrative tasks while actively conducting outbound calls to generate and qualify new business leads.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, prepare quotations, and process orders.
- Plan and execute outbound tele‑marketing campaigns.
- Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers.
- Update the CRM system with lead information and follow‑up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in tele‑marketing, inside sales, customer service or sales administration.
- High School Diploma or a diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong verbal communication and a persuasive phone manner.
